OC&C advises Cronos Capital Partners on Security, Smart Home and Access Control deal
Wednesday 17 April 2024 | NewsWe're pleased to congratulate Cronos Capital Partners and its investment vehicle Jigen Holding, on their recent acquisition of Ksenia Security, an Italian company operating in the systems for anti-intrusion security, smart home and access control. We supported the deal buy-side.
Ksenia, based in Ripatransone (AP), has established itself in the European market due to its reliability, refined design, and high levels of innovation. Sustainability is an important pillar of Ksenia’s business. From the sustainable design of the company headquarters to the selection of materials used in the production processes, their choice of suppliers to the development of solutions. All of these efforts are aimed at improving the energy efficiency of the environments where the products are used. Ksenia’s internal research and development department works on innovative products with particular attention to the user experience and is certified at national and international levels.
The company’s main distribution channels are specialised large-scale distribution, with exports accounting for approximately 20% of sales, with a focus on the DACH area and Scandinavian countries.
